Effective 360 degree feedback

Whilst an effective 360 degree assessment tool is important, Management Perspectives goes further. We believe that what makes the difference is effective feedback.

Our Assessment Reports are valuable standalone tools in their own right. They include clear and concise feedback on the results of the assessment as well as a set of practical development suggestions. 

However, in our experience even more value can be added through a structured feedback session with a suitably experienced person. A facilitated feedback session enables managers to reflect on the results and to prioritise which development suggestions to action.

We believe the most effective feedback format is one-to-one. We have developed a simple feedback model. When you use Management Perspectives, you will be able to benefit from our experience of delivering thousands of business management coaching and feedback sessions.

Sometimes our customers prefer us to deliver the feedback. Sometimes they prefer to deliver the feedback themselves, usually after having completed either our Maximising the Value of Management Perspectives workshop or e-learning module.
