How does it Work

The on-line assessment questionnaire only takes 10 -15 minutes to complete. The questionnaire is very simple, consisting of behavioural statements which link directly to the Specific Skills.

Individuals decide who will assess them – we refer to these people as the respondents. In our experience when people choose their own respondents, we find the Assessment Report has a higher level of credibility and results in an accurate assessment. Typically, respondents include the person being assessed (i.e. self assessment), thier line-manager, colleagues or peers and members of the person's team, clients or customers.

Once respondents' details are entered into Management Perspectives, an e-mail is triggered inviting each respondent to complete the 360 degree assessment survey using a secure password issued by us thereby ensuring confidentiality.

Management Perspectives tracks the completion of questionnaires and when required, sends a reminder to people – managing large-scale assessments is very easy. At any point in time it is clear which assessments have not been completed.

Once everyone has completed their questionnaire, the Assessment Report is ready for use. It can be viewed on-line and saved or sent as a pdf file attached to an e-mail.
